God is the perfect creator of all things (living and not). He exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
1.God is eternal.
2.God is infinite.
3.God is self-sufficient and self-existent.
4.God is omnipresent (present everywhere).
5.God is omnipotent (all powerful).
6.God is omniscient (all knowing).
7.God is unchanging or immutable.
8.God is sovereign.
9.God is wise.
10.God is holy.
11.God is righteous and just.
12.God is faithful.
13.God is true and truth.
14.God is good.
15.God is merciful.
16.God is gracious.
17.God is love.
18.God is spirit.
19.God is light.
20.God is triune or trinity. (see The Trinity)



  • Deuteronomy 33:27 — "The eternal God is a dwelling place, And underneath are the everlasting arms; And He drove out the enemy from before you, And said, `Destroy!'
  • Jeremiah 10:10 — But the LORD is the true God; He is the living God and the everlasting King. At His wrath the earth quakes, And the nations cannot endure His indignation.

  • Jeremiah 23:24 — "Can a man hide himself in hiding places So I do not see him?" declares the LORD. "Do I not fill the heavens and the earth?" declares the LORD.
  • Psalm 102:25-27 — "Of old You founded the earth, And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
    "Even they will perish, but You endure; And all of them will wear out like a garment; Like clothing You will change them and they will be changed.
    "But You are the same, And Your years will not come to an end.
  • Revelation 22:13~"I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end."
