What is The Rapture?
The Rapture is the event during the end times where:
It is after the tribulation
The sun and moon will be darkened and the stars will fall from the sky
The powers of the heavens will be shaken
The sign of Jesus will appear in the sky
All the tribes of the earth will mourn
All the tribes of the earth will see Jesus coming in the sky with power and glory
Jesus will descent from heaven with a shout, the vaoice of the archangel, and a great trumpet
The dead in Christ will rise
Those who are alive in Christ will rise
The dead and alive in Christ will be joined together in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, to be with Him forever
Matthew 24:29-31 — "But immediately after the tribulation of those days THE SUN WILL BE DARKENED, AND THE MOON WILL NOT GIVE ITS LIGHT, AND THE STARS WILL FALL from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of {the} archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.
Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord.
