Can God sin?

No.

God is incapable of sin. In fact, the very definition of sin is to do something that goes against God. Therefore, there is no way He could do something against Himself.

God is holy, righteous and just.

2 Cor 5:21 — He made Him who knew no sin {to be} sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

1 Peter 2:22 — WHO COMMITTED NO SIN, NOR WAS ANY DECEIT FOUND IN HIS MOUTH;

1 John 3:5 — You know that He appeared in order to take away sins; and in Him there is no sin.
