Are all sins equal with God?
Nobody can be more separated from God than anyone else. The Bible tells us that all have sinned and we all fall short of the standard God set for us. If you want further proof, read the story of Paul throughout Acts. He oversaw the murders of multiple Christians, possibly even committing some. He went on to become one of the great heroes of the faith.
We don't have more favor with God by having smaller sins. Every sin separates us from God. Yet, there is no sin too big that God will not forgive it through faith in Jesus Christ.
2 Corinthians 5:21 — He made Him who knew no sin {to be} sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
Romans 3:23 — for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Romans 6:23 — For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
